Request 9.1.7.C.7.d. Mirror Mounting: Increase 6 inch limitation

In SM, GCR 9.1.7.C.7.d, make changes as follows.
“Mirror mounting position may be changed, but must remain within 6” 10” of the original
location on the exterior of the door.”
