Correct GCR section 9.1.8.C.J errors

In GCR section 9.1.8.C.J, make corrections as follows:
“Generally applicable information for P1 engines and automobile weights are is given in the
following paragraphs. The table (P1 Engine Table) that follows provides general specification
of engine types, displacement limits, head designs, intake restrictions, and automobile weights
allowed.”
