In STU, 9.1.4.1.A.3.b., add the wording as follows:
“A wing no wider than the widest part of the body (Not including the mirrors), with a maximum
cord length of 12”, and end plates that do not exceed 72.0 square inches each. The wing may
be no higher than roof height.”
