Allow Firewall Modification for Fitment of 13B into RX8

In EP, Mazda RX-8 (04-11) (alternate), add to notes as follows:
“Firewall may be modified as necessary for fitment of 13B into stock chassis engine mount
location. Firewall must be sealed in the area of the modification.”
