Request to clarify afterrmarket side skirts exhaust exit

In GCR section 9.1.4.D.6, add as follows:
"Aftermarket side skirts may be used provided they meet the minimum ride height rule of 3 inches, have no
openings/ducts in them other than for jacking insert(s), or side exit exhaust, are no wider than the approved
fascias, do not extend any higher than the bottom of the door and do not reinforce the chassis."
