Alternate SOM Model

In GCR Section 5.12.1. add new Section C:
C. Alternate SOM Model
"An alternate SOM Model may be used if there are a limited number of Stewards available at an event.
The Chairman of the SOM, in agreement with the Chief Steward/Race Director, may appoint experienced
drivers as temporary Stewards, who have a good understanding of the GCR and are willing to participate
as members of the Stewards of the Meeting. The Chairman shall ensure that the SOM court follows the
appropriate GCR process when hearing protests or requests for action."
