Update Engine Table Line E notes

In the P2 Engine Table, Line E, change the notes as follows:
"Group CN non-composite chassis with stock Honda K20A-FD2 must use stock Honda intake manifold
with 64mm single throttle body with 55mm flat plate intake restrictor at 1500 lbs. minimum
weight (restrictor implementation effective 3/1/2019)."
