In STU, GCR section 9.1.4.10., add the following:
"All weight adjustments for engines shall be applied first, then that total is to be used as the baseline for
any chassis-related weight adjustments. Chassis related adjustment that are percentage based are
performed by adding specified percent first and subtracting specified percentage second if necessary.
Final step is addition or subtraction of specified weight in pounds."
