Change GM LNF 2.0 Allowance to LSJ Engine for Viable STL 2.0

In STU, GM Ecotech LNF Spec Lines, add to Notes as follows:
“LNF Engine Permitted with turbocharger removed. LNF Engine short block with LE5 cylinder head and
intake manifold permitted. Must meet all other STL specifications.”
