Thank you for your letter. F1000 cars are no longer required to use stock engines, and a 25-lb. allowance
for cars with engines manufactured before 2011 is not warranted because competitors are now
permitted to make any modifications and use any engine components they wish to run, subject to the
requirements of the F1000 spec line and the general FA rules. Please see the response to letter #28162
in the April 2020 Fastrack Technical Bulletin.
