E&O permitted engine modifications

In FA, GCR section 9.1.1.A.2.b, change as follows:
"The following modifications are permitted unless restricted in the tables below."
In FA, GCR section 9.1.1.A.2.b.6, change as follows:
"The bore, crankshaft, stroke, and flywheel are unrestricted, providing provided the appropriate
specified displacement limit is not exceeded, unless restricted in the tables below."
In FA, GCR section 9.1.1.A.2.b.9, change as follows:
"Any distributor and/or transistor ignition may be used, provided it’ s installation does not require any
modification of the engine."

"The compression ratio may be increased by machining, using any head gasket(s), or eliminating of head
