In STU, GCR Section 9.1.4.1.C.2., change as follows:
"Transmission and ratios are free. Forward gears are limited to 6 speeds. Cars equipped with automatic transmissions using a
torque converter a re limited to 8 forward speeds. Cars with sequential shift transmissions including factory DCT-type systems
shall increase the required minimum weight by 3.5%."
