E&O tonneau cover provision in cockpit opening section

In P1, GCR section 9.1.8.C.C.6.c, make changes as follows:
"Allowed equipment would include batteries, ballast, fire bottles, data recording devices, and cool suit
equipment, providing provided such equipment is securely attached to the car. Tonneau covers are allowed in order to meetminimum dimensions."
