Update Spec Lines C and G notes

In P1 Engine Table, Spec Line C, change the notes as follows:
"May run without intake restrictor FPIR not required at 1150 lbs. min. weight wt. Up to 1355cc max. may run without intake
restrictor FPIR at 1075 lbs. min. weight wt."
In P1 Engine table, Spec Line G, change the notes as follows:
"Up to 2000cc max. may run with intake restrictor 30mm SIR at 1400 lbs. min. weight wt. Up to 2300cc max. may run with intake
restrictor 30mm SIR at 1445 lbs. min. weight wt."
