In GCR, Appendix L., add the following:
"APPENDIX L: 2013 TA2 TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
Cars must comply with Appendix L. (prior generation TA2 rules) or current Trans Am rules at 2930 lbs. Tire make/size are free."
