STU Fender flares

In STU, Section 9.1.4.1.A.4., change as follows:
"The flaring e of the exterior contour of any wheel openings may not change the wheel opening size, location or shape when
viewed from the side. The overall vehicle width may not exceed the manufacture's published width, plus 4"."
