In FA, GCR section 9.1.1.A.3.d, add the following:
"Gearboxes with shafts that are transverse to the longitudinal axis of the chassis are not allowed. The sole only exceptions are
the gearbox final drive (crown wheel) shaft axis and final drive shafts (half shafts) and the motorcycle gearbox permitted in
Formula 1000 cars in Table 2 below."
