Thank you for your letter. The practice of removing the front windshield frame-work from convertible cars has been a long-
standing allowance in Prod, and there is no desire or need to deviate from that. If a competitor decides to retain that structure,
and even add a hardtop if they want, that is also allowed. Specific roll-cage construction rules exist for either configuration.
