In FA Table 2, Formula Lites FL15 spec line, change the notes as follows:
"Engine must be sealed in compliance with Formula Lites requirements. Car must comply with all Formula Lites technical
regulations found here:"
In FA Table 2, FR Americas Ligier JS F3 spec line, change the notes as follows:
"Engine must be sealed in compliance with FR Americas or prior F3 Americas requirements. Car must comply with FR Americas
rules."
