Open Hood During Impound for B-Spec

In B-Spec, Section 9.1.10.E.46, add the following:
"All B-Spec cars in post-race impound at all Majors and Super Tour races shall open their hoods and hatches/trunks for the
purpose of visual inspection by other competitors. Competitors may thereafter initiate a protest as permitted under the GCR."
