In STU, GCR Section 9.1.4.1.B.3., change as follows:
"3. All cars shall use the installed engine’s or vehicle’s stock air throttling device (e.g., throttle body, carburetor) and intakemanifold, unless noted otherwise. Alternate intake manifolds will be permitted on a case-by-case basis."
