In GT-2, 3, LITE CATEGORY SPECIFICATIONS, GCR section 9.1.2.F.7.n.4.D, add as follows:
"Carburetors shall incorporate a butterfly-type throttle plate for engine speed control. For GTLite only: Carburetors shall
incorporate a butterfly or slide-type throttle plate for engine speed control."
