Minimum Track Time for Majors 3-day events

In GCR, Section 3.1.1.D.1.c.2. Majors – Conference Events – Minimum Track Time, change as follows:
"Three-day events shall have a minimum of 65 50 minutes of non-racing track time available per Majors class entry. One practice
and Two qualifying sessions are recommended. End-of-session hardship policy is recommended."
In GCR, Section 3.1.1.D.2.c.2: Majors – Super Tour Events – Minimum Track Time, change as follows:
"Three-day events shall have a minimum of two (2) qualifying sessions totaling at least 65 50 minutes of non-racing track time
available per Majors class entry. One practice and two qualifying sessions are recommended. End-of-session hardship policy is
recommended."
