9.1.5.E.9.a.18 says the following: "Stock or aftermarket rear spoiler or wing not permitted, unless factory installed for the listed
base model or permitted on the car’s spec line."
Typically, the "base model" of a vehicle is considered the cheapest variant that was offered by the manufacturer of a particular
model, with the least amount of features. The rule specifies that the only rear spoiler or wing that may be fitted is the version
that came from the factory installed on the most basic model of a vehicle that fits within its spec line. The vehicle in question is
the HP "Ford Fiesta (11-16)". If multiple trim levels of the Ford Fiesta from '11-16 fit within all of the parameters of that spec
line (engine, trans, brake, dimensions, etc.), then only the spoiler/wing that was fitted to the most basic of those trim levels
would be legal. If that same spoiler/wing is also fitted to higher trim levels, that is redundant information. Also note that if the

most basic trim level did not come from the factory with an installed spoiler/wing, then none would be permitted. An optional
or dealer installed spoiler/wing would also not be permitted.
