1995 M3 Not Formally Recognized in the GCR for T3

Thank you for your letter. The touring committee does not wish to change the existing 1996 M3 spec line. The touring classes
require the cars to compete with specified motors. Classing the 1995 with the 1996 would contradict the engine specs. 1995 is
also older than we like to see in the touring classes. We suggest that you consider STU (Super Touring Under). In that class, the
1995 M3 can compete, and it isn't required to use the original engine.
