Hoosier SRF Wet Front Tire Rule Update

In SRF, GCR section 9.1.8.D.1.X.f, change as follows:
"Wet:
Front – Hoosier P/N 46100 P185/60R13 H20 or W2
Rear – Hoosier P/N 46105 P205/60R13 H20 or W2
Ground clearance is 2.5" with driver as raced when P185/60R13 (H20 or W2) tires are used."
