Thank you for your letter. Your observation is duly noted. The addition of C-Spec did add a considerable amount of work to
the BSAC agenda, however, that committee is best suited to oversee this project and agreed to shoulder the burden. The
CRB is working with the BSAC to make this as painless as possible.
