Fuel Injection

In GCR, Section 9.1.5.E.1.b.2., change as follows:
"Stock or permitted alternate sidedraft carburetor(s) can use an adaptor plate and/or a spacer in addition to any stock spacer, between the carburetor(s) and the intake manifold. Material for the adaptor plate and spacer is unrestricted. No adaptor plateor spacer can serve any purpose other than to space out and/or mate the carburetor(s) to the permitted intake manifold. Theadapter or spacer cannot create a plenum or change the carburetor(s) orientation. The maximum thickness for the adapter, spacer, stock spacer or combination of all is 1.25”. For the purpose of these rules an Isolator is a spacer. Classifications that have
no fuel injection allowance on their spec line may substitute a fuel injected throttle body in place of each of its permitted carb(s).
This alternate throttle body must have a Choke with the same diameter of the approved carb(s). A Flat Plate Intake

Restrictor matching the specified choke dimension may also be used. The fuel injector(s) must be part of the throttle body."
In GCR, Section 9.1.5.E.1.b.3., change as follows:
"Stock or permitted alternate downdraft carburetor(s) can use an adaptor plate and/or a spacer in addition to any stock spacer, between the carburetor(s) and the intake manifold. Material for the adaptor plate and spacer is unrestricted. No adaptor plateor spacer can serve any purpose other than to space out, or mate the carburetor(s) to the permitted intake manifold. Theadapter or spacer cannot change the carburetor(s) orientation. Adaptors and spacers can have a bore larger than the throttlebore of the stock or permitted alternate carburetor(s). The maximum thickness for the adapter, spacer, stock spacer orcombination of all is 1.25”. For the purpose of these rules an Isolator is a spacer. Stock carb(s), permitted alternate side-draft
carb(s), permitted alternate downdraft carb(s), and permitted alternate fuel injected throttle bodies can use an adaptor
plate/spacer to mount to the permitted intake manifold, in addition to any stock spacer. Material for the adaptor plate/spacer is
unrestricted. No adaptor plate/spacer can serve any purpose other than to space out and/or mate to the permitted intake
manifold. The adapter plate/spacer cannot create a plenum or change the orientation of the mounting. The bore diameter of the
adaptor plate/spacer is unrestricted. The maximum thickness for the adapter plate/spacer and any stock spacer (if used) is 1.25”.
