H Pattern Dog Box Clarification

In GCR, Section 9.1.4.1.C.2., add the following:
"(Effective 1/1/2024) Cars equipped with Alternate H-Pattern Transmission w/non-stock type syncros (dog-ring) will increase the
required minimum weight by 1.25%."
