Thank you for your letter. All engines of 1375 cc and larger displacement must run a restrictor. You are welcome to modify your
car to the full extent of the GTL rules. As for your IRS weight reduction request the current 2.5% IRS penalty has recently been
reduced to 1.25%, please see letter #35012 in current Fastrack.
