TIR location requirement in VW Golf Spec lines

In T3 Spec Lines, Volkswagen GTI (2013), change Notes as follows:
"Rear sway bar max 42 mm (body and suspension mounting same as OEM), Any spring up to a maximum spring rate of 800
pounds may be used. Turbo Inlet Restrictor 36mm required max 60mm from impeller. R32 model brake package allowed.
Verkline WAS-048 camber arms permitted."
In T3 Spec Lines, Volkswagen Golf R (15-16) change Notes as follows:
"Max spring rate 800 F&R, Max swaybar 38mm F, 42mm R. 36mm TIR required max 60mm from impeller."
