GT4 batch adjustment in T1

In GCR, Section 9.1.9.1.A.T., change as follows:
"Tires- Tires must conform to GCR section 9.3.TIRES and als o must conform to spec line requirements. DOT approved tires are
permitted. Slicks conforming to the spec line are permitted."
In Touring 1 - Homologated Cars Spec Lines, 4100- BMW M2 ClubSport Racing, change Must Conform To as follows:
"Tires conforming to SRO TCX rules allowed. Must meet factory specs."
In Touring 1 - Homologated Cars Spec Lines, 4120- Ford Mustang FP350S 2017, change as follows:
Must Conform To: "Tires conforming to Trans Am SGT tire rules allowed Must meet factory specs."
Chassis Notes: "VIN not required. Additional permitted allowances: DOT tires required. Other consumables are open, alternate
