Correction within Triumph TR8 Spec Line

In EP spec line, Triumph TR8 (78-81), move the "Dry sump allowed" wording to the appropriate location as follows:
Carburetor. No. & Type: “Zenith Stromberg carbs or fuel injection. Dry sump is allowed.”
Notes: “Comp. Ratio limited to 12.0:1, Valve lift limited to .500”. Dry sump is allowed.”
