Move SOHC Neon to HP.

Thank you for your letter but the performance potential of the Neon, with either the SOHC or DOHC engine, does not fit
within HP. All of the current HP classifications with 2.0L SOHC engines utilize only 8-valves with restrictive head and
intake manifold designs. This is not the case with the Neon which uses modern cross-flow heads with 16-valves, an
intake manifold with individual runners, and multi-port fuel injection. These cars (Neon SOHC & DOHC) need to show
their potential in FP when actually built to the limits of the Production rules before adjustments to their classifications
will be considered.
