GT2/3 remove Direction Injection not allowed in Spec line notes

In GT2/3 modify Spec Line notes as follows:
GT2:
Nissan: “Direct Injection not permitted, may be used per 9.1.2.F.7.5.E.”
GT3:
Mazda: “Direct Injection not permitted, may be used per 9.1.2.F.7.5.E.”
Mitsubishi 4G93: “Direct Injection not permitted, may be used per 9.1.2.F.7.5.E. ”
Nissan QR25DE/DD 1988cc: “Direct Injection not permitted, may be used per 9.1.2.F.7.5.E.”
Nissan QE25DE/DD 2489cc: “Direct Injection not permitted, may be used per 9.1.2.F.7.5.E.”
