Sound Control 5.7.2 and 5.7.3

Effective 1/1/25, in Sound Control, GCR section 5.7, add a new section as follows:
"5.7.4.
Cars running in classes with a class or manufacturer "spec" exhaust system per GCR rules for those classes may modify the
exhaust system by means of a passive muffling device to meet event sound requirements."
