FP Honda 55mm Restriction Plate

Following the weight changes that were made to several of the Honda's in FP at the end of 2023, their
respective performance was closely monitored revealing that the desired effect was not fully realized. The
plate change was implemented so as to not saddle these cars with more weight which would negatively
impact their cornering and braking but have no effect on top speed. This change will likewise be monitored
by the advisory committee and CRB.
