Clarify Appendix O. Small Regional Steward Model process In Appendix O. Small

Regional Event Steward Model, section 4.A, change as follows:
"1. Unless specifically altered in this section, the Chief Steward, prior to and during the event, shall will have all of the powers and
responsibilities assigned to the Stewards of the Meeting in GCR Section 5.12.1, as well as Section 7, and Section 8. Incidents
resolved by the Chief Steward without going to an appointed SOM will be treated as a CSA and the appropriate driver point will
be applied per GCR Section 7.4.B.
2. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to defer a protest or RFA of an incident to the an
SOM appointed by the Executive Steward. The Chief Steward shall will inform all parties involved that the
action will be processed by the SOM. The Chief Steward or his designee shall will collect and forward all

related information regarding the actions to the appointed SOM. The SOM will make every effort possible
to ensure the action will be processed in a timely manner. RFAs and Protests sent to the appointed SOM
will have the standard driver points applied per the GCR.”
