Sound Control Spec Classes

In Sound Control, GCR section 5.7.4, change as follows:
"Cars running in classes with a class or manufacturer "spec" exhaust system per GCR rules for those classes may modify the
exhaust system by means of a passive muffling device to meet event sound requirements. This provision overrides all class or
spec line rules, regulations, and standards."
