Thank you for your thoughtful letter. Most if not all of your points have been discussed by Staff, BoD, and the CRB. As was
announced in the second townhall, a pause has been made as to tightening Runoffs invitations. For 2025 it will remain the top
50%. If/when this is reduced to the top 1/3 the concept will be to improve competition during the season.
