Thank you for your letter. You pose an interesting and often discussed issue - should Runoffs be an open invitation or limited
to the best of the best who compete to achieve an invitation? The Staff, BoD, and CRB believe that Runoffs should feature the
top competitors in the top classes. As you mention however, times are changing so we will continue to monitor and adapt to
as appropriate.
