Thank you for your letter. The CRB previously has presented schedules which featured a short qualifying race as you suggest as
well as heat racing where points would be accumulated over three days of racing and the top point earner would be crowned
as National Champion. Survey results did not favor a change to that type of format. Rest assured that we will continue to
explore options that will make the event more appealing and exciting in the coming years.
