Hoosier Tire Decal Placement

In FE, GCR section 9.1.8.I.2.M, add the following:
"b. Hoosier FE/FE2 Decal Placement:
Five (5) "Hoosier" decals are required in the following locations: One (1) small "Hoosier" decal on the nose or the front shock
cover of the car. One (1) 12" "Hoosier" decal on the outside vertical plane of each front wing plate. One (1) 12" "Hoosier" decal
on the vertical plane of each of the lower floor panels just in front of the rear wheels. Hoosier decals are available, free of charge,
from all Hoosier tire distributors and SCCA Enterprises."
