Thank you for your letter. Nothing in the rules prevents increasing the illumination of original equipment taillights. In the
alternative, cars competing in classes other than Formula and Sports Racing classes may use a separate red rain light as
permitted by GCR section 9.3.33.B.2 if desired. Please see the response to letter #36657 in this Fastrack.
