Protest Fee Clarification

In FE, GCR section 9.1.1.I.2.U.b.3, change as follows:
"Protest Fee: Regional -$25.00, National -$50.00. See GCR section 8.3.1.D for fees and payment procedure."
In SRF, GCR section 9.1.8.D.1.U.b.3, change as follows:
"Protest Fee: Regional -$25.00, National -$50.00. See GCR section 8.3.1.D for fees and payment procedure. Item 1 will be done by
the CSR or other shop that is equipped for this type of work and will be paid directly."
