Thank you for your letter. The Club Racing Board appreciates your comments. Testing revenue is required to help offset the
costs of the Runoffs, and without it there would undoubtedly be an increase in the cost of entry. F600 will remain as a Majors
class and would be subject to the same 5.0 rule as all other Majors classes for Runoffs inclusion.
