Change FF/FC Weight with Sequential Gearbox

In FF, GCR section 9.1.1.B.20.A.3, change as follows:
"Cars running with a sequentially shifted gear box shall must add 25 10 lbs. to minimum weight."
In FC, GCR section 9.1.1.B.20.B.4, change as follows:
"Cars running with a sequentially shifted gear box shall must add 25 10 lbs. to minimum weight."
