Hoosier Tire Decal Placement

In SRF, GCR section 9.1.8.D.2.B, change as follows:
"Mandatory identification: "SRF3" near the side car numbers. "Hoosier" logo (4) on both sides front lower outer corners of the
nose and each side of the tail. Three (3) "Hoosier" logos, one (1) on each side of the car and one (1) on the center front of the car."
