F600 Runoffs Flagtronics exemption

Thank you for your letter. The Club Racing Board does not recommend this change. Allowing such an exemption would preclude
the use of the Virtual Safety Car procedure in any session in which the cars participated, and in addition a majority of the F600
drivers entered have confirmed that they have already obtained Flagtronics units in preparation for the Runoffs.
