Brake Line to A-Arm Covers

In FE, GCR section 9.1.1.G.2.K, add the following:
"g. If used, SCCA Enterprises Part # WM803010 Brake Line to Control Arm covers must be used as delivered and must be securely
fastened with zip ties/tie straps or tape. Part # WM803010 is the only approved part and may serve no other purpose."
